South of Berlin, Bad Belzig is a small countryside town surrounded by pine forests, which have experienced widespread and difficult-to-handle forest fires during recent years. It is very well-connected via public transport from Berlin, Germany’s capital. The hotel offers a lot of space and facilities for a discussion-driven meeting.

A limited number of double rooms for single use are blocked from 28 March to 1 April 2022. The room price of €57.50 is per person and night, including VAT and breakfast buffet.

The hotel will make the rooms available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival at the earliest. The rooms must be vacated and handed over by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Since the guesthouses are located around the main building and each has its own parking space, please come to the reception without luggage on the day of arrival. The hotel will then assign you your guesthouse with the correct parking space.
Since special cancellation conditions apply to events and you may incur costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy for the use of hotel rooms
You have the option of cancelling the room free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Up to this point of time a written declaration of cancellation must have been received by the hotel from the customer. This cancellation should be sent to the email address rezeption@springbachmuehle.de. Furthermore, you are entitled to withdraw from this room reservation up to the following dates to explain the following conditions.
- 25% for cancellations up to 59 days before arrival
- 50% for cancellations up to 40 days before arrival
- 75% for cancellations up to 20 days before arrival
- 100% for cancellations up to 10 days before arrival
These deadlines only apply to the room and prices you have booked.
Force majeure releases the hotel and restaurant from its contractual obligations. In this case, a right to claims for damages, of whatever kind, is excluded.
